This challenge is focused on preventing injury and improving form. If you’re currently dealing with an injury, it’s best to check with your physio or doctor before starting any new training.
You’ll be guided on how to film yourself running and submit videos for personal feedback, so you can see exactly where to improve.
The daily commitment is around 15–20 minutes, designed to slot easily into your existing routine alongside your regular runs.
