What is involved?

Over the next 7 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of steps to achieve joyful running.

It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up.

What if I’m already injured?

This challenge is focused on preventing injury and improving form. If you’re currently dealing with an injury, it’s best to check with your physio or doctor before starting any new training.

 How do I get feedback on my form?

You’ll be guided on how to film yourself running and submit videos for personal feedback, so you can see exactly where to improve.

How much time will this take each day?

The daily commitment is around 15–20 minutes, designed to slot easily into your existing routine alongside your regular runs.
